What scheduled tasks solve

It’s an execution plan you give to an Agent:

  • Every morning at 8, run an operations-score analysis and ping me if something’s off.
  • Every Monday, check new competitor videos and promos in my city.
  • On the 1st of each month, audit my product shelf and flag anything that went offline.
  • Three days before every holiday, draft a holiday campaign plan for my review.

Once set, the Agent runs on schedule and notifies you when it’s done. No reminders, no manual starts.

Any cycle you want:

  • Daily — for ongoing monitoring (e.g., a daily glance at ops data).
  • Weekly — for competitor analysis, content topic planning, etc.
  • Monthly — for periodic summaries, shelf audits, etc.
  • Custom timing — e.g., every Friday night, or a specific date.

Whatever cycle you say, the Agent runs it.

Example.

You set: every night at 2 AM, monitor competitor updates; push the important findings to me at 8 AM.

At 2 AM you’re asleep. The Agent wakes up, opens each platform, scans new competitor videos, new promos, price changes… and compiles them into a brief.

At 8 AM, you wake up. WeChat or Feishu already has a message: “Last night’s competitor watch done. Two comparable stores launched new holiday combos. Details in the attached report.”

You sip your tea, read the report, and decide whether to respond today. All information gathering and summarization — already done for you.

Not everything belongs on a schedule, but these fit especially well:

  • Ongoing monitoring: competitor watch, shelf status, operations-score tracking.
  • Periodic analysis: weekly/monthly ops data review, creator-collaboration retrospective.
  • Milestone reminders: holiday campaign prep, redemption-deadline nudges.
  • Recurring operations: weekly content topic suggestions, pre-publish script generation.

Done by hand these are easy to forget and slow. On a schedule, set once, running forever.

Via the MCP connection, notifications and outputs land directly in your WeChat or Feishu.

No need to log in and check the dashboard — the system comes to you. Report documents attach directly; tap to view.

If the Agent finds an issue — say, a shelved product went offline — the notification will say so. Reply: “Re-list it.” The Agent handles it.

Not at all.

Tell the Agent on the platform: “Set a competitor-watch task every Monday at 9 AM.” The Agent creates it. You can view, edit, pause, or delete scheduled tasks — it’s as simple as adding a calendar reminder.

Set once, benefit for months. No more “I should check on the competitors” floating in your head.
